This blog post is part of the running all bridges of Stockholm-project.
Bällstaviken
The east side of Bällstaviken gives you a nice running experience by the water all the way to the end of the bay. There are several bridges crossing the bay. The biggest bridge with a major road is Huvudstabron (crossed 16.3.2020), the other bridges (crossed 8.5.2020) are much smaller just for local traffic and some are pedestrian only such as the one in the end of Krakel Spektakel gata.

Lillsjön
Lillsjön is a small lake in Bromma. There’s a nice pedestrian route around the lake. On the east side of the lake there’s a small canal. There are multiple bridges over the canal. The biggest one is on Ulvsundavägen (crossed 21.5.2020) and the rest are for pedestrians (crossed 21.5.2020). The lake and and canal are very nice for running.

There’s a tram and pedestrian bridge called Ulvsundabron (crossed 11.5.2020) crossing the bay leading to Lillsjön.

A route
This route starts from Kungsholmen taking you to and around Lillsjön and returning back to Kungsholmen over Tranebergsbron.
