Skeppsholmen and Kastellholmen are two islands in the city centre. You can enter them from Blasieholmen in the very heart of the city. If you’re running in the area, I think it’s worth running these islands. The scenery is nice, highlights include the Kasstellholmen fortress on a hill and the row of ships of all kinds parked on the northwest side of Skeppsholmen.
The naming of the bridges is logical. Skeppsholmsbron (crossed 4.4.2020) connects Skeppholmen to Blasieholmen. The bridge is extremely touristy and busy. Kastellholmsbron (crossed 4.4.2020) connects Kastellholmen to Skeppsholmen. There’s much less tourists on Kasstellholmen than on Skeppsholmen.
